The fact that PWI rents the game from China does not absolve them of responsibility for the game. It bugs me how people just shrug off compliants with "oh well, deal with it, nothing they can do". Wrong. They pay China for a service they should be able to demand fixes and changes or withhold their rent until it's fixed.

Rollback, but make sure you have some staff on hand who actually know what they are doing (you might need to hire some of these). I am very concerned that the rollback itself will just introduce more problems so make sure it is planned well and you have a strategy for handling the situation where the rollback itself goes…

Is NPC called "Ancient Wall Commendant" at 247,845 also missing? Need him for the quest called "White Emperor's Token". If ARC only runs during launch and then quits after the game starts I will be fine using it. If this thing is going to hog CPU/RAM while I am playing then I shall find some way to disable/kill/avoid it. Will have to wait and see what it is like.
