thanks guys im still working out donnu way my arc everytime trying to login always disappier from the screen cannot go tru to the game and 3x time i hav been uninstall still having same problem from arc

i got NIGHTSPIKE CRYSTAL from rider pack..going to change to get reward from NPC Tsunami Army Messenger for the RING SKY COVER.. but i didn't receive the RING SKY COVER in return... please guys any idea ?? thanks..

please help i did press hold W when the start loading but in a second the game Off also i still press W until 1 menit .and i restart window but still samething on that spot keepin Off .thank u
