I figured it out!! you need to download DIRECT X RUNTIME from somewhere it's freeware, so no charge and then the game runs fine!!! topic done :)

I have the same problem. EVeryone and Npc's are invisible, from start screen on. No idea what to do. I have directx 11, everything installed well... bug fix time? any GM to help us out?
