Just adding my voice to the masses unhappy that the thousands and thousands of dollars being pumped into the game every week cant afford us a decent "system engineer" as Frankie put it, to figure out why this year the snow men code has changed. How terribly complex could their code be? It's not like they recode the snowmen…

I just checked and I can log onto my Heavens Tear accts without a problem so its likely limited to the French server. Guess we just wait it out :) Hope my toon is losing all of her HP charm while I can't get on xD

I can't log on now either. I thought the game was just frozen so I had to force log out.. Trying to force log in.. lets me get as far as the Character selection screen but no matter which toon I pick I get an error when trying to log in..so it might not be just you. I did submit a ticket so hopefully its resolved soon :)

Since there are SO many things in line to be fixed.... how come they dont seem to fix anything? lol much?
