sango - you might want to add about the time limit on the supply weapons now.. apparently even the level 50 which you have to use a hammer for has a time limit. a bit sad imho - but expected, seldom do pwi give the players a truly free lunch.

characters do not get wiped, unless players do it themselves. Are you positive you are on the correct server. just check them all to be sure. Are you on the correct account if you have/had multiple accounts.

check your email linked to your other account there may be something from pwe in the spam folder. otherwise you need to rase a ticket though the support button at top of the page. good luck with that. this thread will be locked by mods because there is no discussion of bans on the forum it seems.
