Dull claws drop off of cat-type mobs. Most commonly at the level 20's range you can get them off of lynxes of varying types.

That's the level of the quests. If you do all of the quests, by the time you finish them you'll be well into level 20; most likely sitting around level 21

Well if you read the quest text....there are two sprites. You should look at the quest again and it should tell you that the other sprite ran off and hid inside a flower. If you want specific coordinates, check my quest guides in the quest section of the forums for your race to get the coordinates :)

Ah yes. Congratulations to what is probably one of the longest Cultivation quest chains in the game :P That one actually spans your entire level range (Meaning the 10 levels it takes to be eligible for the next cultivation) until you get to change cultivation :D

That is normal. The icon only remains on for the duration of the initial cast. Try casting it twice and you'll see that the effects still remain after the icon is gone. =)

Simply put, for your mini-map in the upper right corner, click the circle by it that looks like a green arrow pointing into a cross. There, you will see a box pop up with coordinates (Current coordinates). Copy-paste the coordinates into there.

You could try "trashing" the quest (Select it, then pick "trash") to start the quest over. You won't lose the quest; you'll just have to start from the beginning of the quest again. Otherwise, go ahead and try to contact a GM :)
