  • It was supposed to stay with equal gear but it probably got reverted because the people who bought super endgame gear didn't like actually being challenged in pvp so it got reverted. Sucks but we can only hope they change it back at some point.

  • I wouldn't go talking down to people just because you apparently have no idea how debuffs work and how latency can effect the timer. The debuff works that it increases charm cooldown rate by 10 seconds if it ticks while the debuff is applied, that doesn't mean the skill itself lasts 10 seconds. That would be like saying a…
