well from my experience there are alot of cheap ppl who play f2p games and normaly most of the ppl who have trouble playing the games have **** computers

play on the server where you got lowest ping

if i was you i would focus on ram since you only have pci i dont even know if you can buy them i would check if you got PCI E or agp i would assume you have atleast 1 agp

or maybe your computer is corrupt cause it worked for me ...
