  • First of all, FWS itself means Full Warsong you don't need to say it twice. Second, nobody needs R9 or even T3 to complete a FWS. I can't make sense of the second half of your post.

  • @wettstyle A lot of people didn't want Arc because it wasn't necessary. It's bloatware as far as any end user is concerned. The only reason we have it is because Perfect World needed a way to bridge the gaps between all of their different games with a single platform.   • PWI has plenty of Hispanics in the NA servers. English is still 90%+ of the chat. Population is fine, the game doesn't really boom until peak hours. Peak hours are around midnight for the daily reset, and around the times for Nation Wars, and Territory Wars.

  • I'd also like to suggest joining an active faction, make a big different when you can pop a quick question in chat and usually get a response. Depending on time of day and the faction, of course. Tons of people will be online right before the start of weekly events. And daily reset.
