When? The only one I remember in the past month was the one they posted then changed in 15 mins and people complained. That was a pointless spend promo as you had to spend 75-100 gold to get a mat easily obtainable daily.. o.O And as far as I remember, it had nothing to do with the girl power thing :P And it was in April.

You can't say they might as well give out excitement cards...they generate in game coin from npc's. Glitching and selling these mats only gives people the opportunity to gain money from other players, and allows those players a cheaper r9 upgrade, for now.
