I looked it up again, sorry for the vague first post. It's 1 book of darkness and 10 normal Tokens. The book is a reward from the 4-5 treasure quest maps according to the pwi database. so from what i understand you have to do loads of treasure quests.. hope for a book.. buy 10 tokens of luck and combine them at the Aurora…

You need a book that you get from the new treasure quest reward combine that with 10 tokens of best luck at a corona person (forgot the exact name) to make the skill. That's what i found on pw database.
