Usually Community managers notify about updates and patches. This one for example is supposed to open an Event in Wonderland. Problem is, Wonderland isn't open.

My Character ended up bald as well in her HD graphics. I'd recommend you to uncheck the HD Mode checkbox in settings. Something with this models went wrong again.
