I'm having the same problem, gets past the 30 sec notification to kick me back out with "Server Network Error" VERY FRUSTRATING! Also able to log into Heaven's Tear server, didn't try the european one. Have a friend who is online at the moment, saw him online before I left his house about two hours ago.
