Many people might have this issue but. If there is a question mark or exclamaiton mark blinking on the screen, when u click it, it does nothing nor can u move it so if it goes away it just comes right back.

I read this on another thread. The way to fix it or at least WORKS BET is to go to your main Perfect World folder. Than in Elements right click User data and rename it Userdata_old and than open the launcher and click verify. If done right this should either majorly stop this or actually stop it.
