war avatar catalysts are used in primal at the npc war avatar master to upgrade your leadership.

my main point is why would it be possible to add sockets to that lvl 7 ring when you are saying that only lvl 13+ gems can be used in it.....

I belive you are wrong about only the highest lvl gems going into rings. The reason i say this is because up top your clearing showing a ring in the refinement box. This rings icon gives it away as a lower lvl ring/ meaning it can gain sockets .. but gems cant be put into it? Ive checked through every ring on pwdatabase…

okay appreciate the back up on this but im sure they will just forward you to pwdatabase as they tried to do me for the normal dustfall artifact item lol. arc doesnt even know what it is. i do know that 9 of them are suppose to make an r8 piece upgrade to r9boundless but this forge is china exclusive.

Wizard skill magical ice shield the upgrade we got in march indeed doesnt freeze friendly players anymore but now it doesnt freeze mobs it seems to only work on pvp enemys now.

if you havnt figured it out since 2010 yet then here is the scoop on how GMs moderate this game. They Dont. People break the 2 client policy all day, ppl cause others problems all day everyday, people run 30 shops in town with no repremands. They only care if thier boutique is in jeopardy

also a simple fix to using triple spark while wanting to maintain 99% channel is to swap to a defs weap or something without channel before u spark. then after u spark swap to ur channel weap. u will cap at 99%

also any apoth used that claims to be 100% ie wizzy skill essential sutra and apoth that gives instant channel those are false too. they cap u at 90% also

ur findings are wrong if u pass 100% u cap back down to 90 not ur base .
