make sure your logged in that site and then go to this link: http://www.mmoabc.com/Perfect-World-Giveaway.html then scroll to you see the "get Key!" button thats near the bottom. Your key would be in red on the next page.

Yea, I'm waiting for a key as well. If you can only play the game using a beta key, it would be nice if it said that on the front page. If I missed it, my bad. But yea, from what I've heard, the key comes with a newsletter. No where to be found in my mail yet.
