So I received an email response to my ticket basically saying developers believe the issue is fixed and I should be able to get back on my toon. However, nothing has changed. Yeah, I was just looking at my ticket again and found it closed?! Why would they close tickets that are not resolved? Should I resubmit it? I don't want to be a pest, but I'd like to hear that the developers are working on it, even if results are not encouraging :(

I can't even get into the one character to find out if my gear is missing--I know the fash is because it's not on the log in screen. How did you guys manage to get the erroring toon logged in?

Has anyone heard anything? I got an acknowledgement that my ticket was received but nothing else. The toon has missed two days of log ins now with no response. Has anyone seen a gm address this?

Same for me, with one of my two mains. I can tell she's missing stuff 'cause she's in her skivvies in the log in screen but it keeps saying character info not found. b:sad Should I submit a ticket too? I've never had a problem bad enough to submit a ticket, so I didn't know if it was what I should do.

They were saying in one of the other threads that vpns are a bannable offense? I don't know how all this stuff works. I haven't been able to get in all day. I'm confused and I don't know why my guildmates are able to log in. I don't want to get banned. But does that --- mean my ip is already blocked or something?
