The link that darthpanda sent (ping.eu) said that the port 29000 was closed, but some another program I tried called PFPortChecker said that the port is open. I wonder which one should I trust? Ping.eu also told me that 100% of the packets transmitted to any Perfect Worlds IP address are lost.
