hm its odd that you're not able to delete the file. try to delete it in windows safe mode. if it won't let you do... upload patcher.exe to www.virustotal.com and watch if the file is infected, maybe. just an idea. not ment to be offend. just give it a try. if its clean, better for you. if not.... ^^

bandwith (faster internet) has nothing to do with ping. it's a myth. if you have a red ping it could be also problem of your providers hardware, try to relogin on your provider. if you use dsl modem turn it off (power) for at least 15 minutes. doing this will cause the provider to place you on an other node (hardware). if…
