  • it would make them rely more of there spark spells rather then just spark burst spamming. The point would be that it wil increase your damage, but it has to come at a cost. Maybe add a cooldown or something but currently there is no cost cause you can get the chi back within the time frame.

  • i dont think you understand my point. i dont mean the victims postive buffs turn of but the attackers. lets say a sin attacks a vercomancer with blood paint on. the sin uses sparkburst(any version), during that time the sins bloodpaint is tempearly turn of. lets say a psyhic attacks a barb with all the soul spells on. if…
