If I recall correctly if the veno has that genie chi siphon skill than between the multiple ways a veno can deplete your chi, unless you have 300-400 chi from the time you’re getting cced and chi combo’d all that chi will be gone in a heartbeat. Overall that’s true but the r8 version would be better for some classes as far as a def set due to you can get better defensive stats than r9.
