I didnt see it on the list, maybe i missed it. But an Account Based Friend list would be nice.

Exactly, with guildwars it doesnt matter what server you are on or which character, you can see whenever any friend is online as long as they are on your list. I think this would make things much less frustrating with trying to add every character of every friend to all of your characters (if you have multiple ones)
