Same problem here. Game froze, only chat was working, logged out and when tried to log back in characters gone b:shocked

Force anti-aliase it from ur graphics card For eg. Geforce cards can set their preference to quality instead of performance and the card antialiases every 3d model it posiibly can. Depends if ur card can support it too. Give it a go
