  • Hi, If your error message contains the word "DirectX", try this, it worked for me ;) : Start>Run>dxdiag Click on "display", then in the part "DirectX Features" try to enable DirectDraw, Direct3D and AGP Texture acceleration.

  • I had a similar problem, try this : Start>Run>dxdiag Click on "display", then in the part "DirectX Features" try to enable DirectDraw, Direct3D and AGP Texture acceleration. It worked for me, but I can't guarantee it will the same for you because in my error was readable the word "DirectX". Good luck.
