  • "harassing lowbies" is vague and subject to interpretation. If a lvl 60 toon not in PK mode is going to SP to help in FB29 is he fair game for the PKers waiting in SP in stealth mode? For that matter, if my 102 seek is going there (also not in PK mode) am I fair game?
