Is the translation for the 5th rune that gives certain Venomancer skills 50% more base damage as direct damage correct? I highly doubt it gives that as an add on to damage formula. It's so much better than most other runes good even if that 50% base damage cannot 'crit' like a direct damage tick/proc like DoT damage.…
