it can be pretty useful actually. What your forgetting is that quite a few assasin skills have ranges of around 4.5 as in out of melee range.(puncture wound for example) So you can immobilize them then just back away slightly and unleash hell on them while they sit there and watch.

I used to play hybrid priest in WoW and had alot more macro's than I need as a sin. I just started playing perfect world with this expansion and don't have enough skills that I need to remap keys for macros yet so I'm not sure if ctrl and alt keys can be used as hotkey modifyers.
