v_v it still won't work.. i keep getting the same thing

the read only flag wasn't checked when i opened properties wait nvm when i try to take off the read only thing it says error .-. then asks to either ignore ignore all or cancel. when i press ignore it still doesnt work but when i press ignore all it continues to load, but after i go to check the properties it still is…

.. i don't understand what they're saying '_'

the save as thing just pops up again and says theres an existing file and then says access denied after i tried to replace it

I'm having some difficulties with this. I followed the steps and copy and pasted the **** and then like when i go to save the file it pops us a Save As page and then when i click save it says the file already exited and asked if i want to replace it, so i click yes and then it said Notepad access denied. Idk what to do or…
