I actually did receive an email back from customer support. However they directed me to the ticket system, which of course I had stated was down in my FIRST email to them. I doubt they have updated it since it was implemented. I wouldn't care if it was taken down, but you know there are those out there who don't use it but would rage quit or gripe nonstop if they did away with it, lol.
