I played in raging tide server and i saw a catshop selling 2xint with crit+1% around 550mil. If it was you, do you prefer buying it or go with standard aps gear with r9 daggers? W/c will be cheaper?

Well I am more of a dph than aps so that is why i'm going sage. I have a question, in your opinion would it be much faster to farm r9 gears if I directly wear full t3 gears? Since there will be a lot of farming in lunar and warsong for r9 mats being aps is good but do you think it is much more better to use full t3?
