What do you mean they don't control the IP bans? Aren't IP bans because of other companies who own the rights to host players from a specific region? And by the way, why did you "have to" make an anti turkz guild? Did they get any less annoying after your guild? lol :D

One last question. On the Support page of PW, on the FAQ section, it says "We're sorry, but we are obliged to block certain regions which that have their own localizations of Perfect World".
