So for someone who just started playing this game, where do I find the mobs with hay?

I can't. They are listed as no drop/sell/trade/stash.

Just found the answer: you have to be level 28 to learn crafting. It would have been nice had this been mentioned. Now, my problem is: how do I get rid of the papers from the title quests? I have 6 sheets that I don't need that I can't discard/trade/stash taking up valuable bag space.

I'm having the same issue, I am a new player who just reached 25 and I can't find who I'm supposed to learn any crafting skills from. Is crafting even worth it?
