well, there are tons of lvl 21 turtles outside arch. it can be useful solo the elder tortoise, or to draw aggro for anyone you want to help. after that, there are some lvl 32-3 undines, but catch a lvl 35 undine supreme when you are ready to do the sharks and piranhas. ( the lvl21 tortoise can be your meat shield for that)…
