Since I'm apparently unable to edit my own post, I'll reply by saying, after about 2 or 3 hours of playing with a decent/acceptable ping/m/s, it reverted to getting lagged down to **** again. @metsassu, thank you for reading everyones comments and summarizing them for us.

I've done the flushdns and followed the steps to use Name Bench. My lag issues seem to be relatively resolved. I'm sitting between ~112 m/s (good) and ~350 m/s (acceptable). Thanks for the help! I'll keep these IPs written down and I'll switch back to the regular server in a few days to see if the issue is resolved.

I logged on just about 10 minutes ago, so ~24 hours after when I logged on yesterday. I started off in the yellow, which means I'm going to lag. Yep, that was it. Even though my account is an administrator account (the only one on this PC) it still wanted me to run it as an administrator. The box is now checked and will check it soon on my arc.exe. Thanks a lot for the help! (P.S. I assume you can close this as answered now?)

Presuming they got to 100, 3 times in the span of 14 days as the picture claims, getting from 100x3 to 105x3 in 6 months still seems almost impossible. As it stands now, I do 6 PV 100+s per day and manage about 26m exp out of it.…
