The skill is a freeze the text is wrong. It's basically a stone rain that paralyzes in terms of dmg.

I had the same issue yesterday but the page worked fine when I visited again today. However, my DQ points aren't updated. I NPC'ed some DQs 5-6hrs ago and the "Remaining Points" are still the same.... b:surrender
