By your argument, you're kinda wasting their time and money if you overwrite their 10 hp/sec powder with your less effective buff, so maybe you owe them money??

I'm going to try 7 dex, 2 str, 1 vit every 2 lvls. If my charm is getting hit too much, I'll go to 3/1/1 every lvl, until it looks like my skills are out damaging the mobs again, then I'll go back to more dex per lvl again.

I think you'll regret this build, as you'll quickly not be able to hold the daggers for your lvl. The lvl 30 daggers require 92 dex, The lvl 60 daggers require 182 dex, and so forth. To get this minimum dex, you need 6 dex every two levels. I'm just sayin'....
