  • Never - the occasional "MISS" is very nice but it doesnt come to the point where you can really rely on it. You will evade but you will also get HIT and if you are really going to build your sin with evasion in mind (ornaments i.e.) you wont have the defense or hp to support you in a tight spot imho.
