I've downloaded 699-719 When i launch the patcher,this is what pops up http://postimg.org/image/jhsld06r5/ And when i start Pwi, version is still 699 and it keeps updating everytime i start it HELP :(

Still same thing happens... it patched up from 699 to 719 version and the same thing happened after that i started launcher again,and its 699 again o.O WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

I tried starting the game from the Program Files>PWI> element.exe. LOL nvm...i had to install Chinese Language on my PC. It works now.
