I noticed a lack of FC +90 which means all those alts where just nirving :( I'm afraid low levels players can't afford to fast level, and they feel a bit lonely, but, oh well! I still lack this game a lot =) and I think it rocks!

With those stats I'd almost re roll a new chat. It will be hard to get out those 30 points of Dex. If this is your first time a Reset Note can get quite expensive to be honest. But it's up to you. Those 30 points won't be a huge difference, just try to have the best weapon available for your level without spending millions.
