Fail squads I usually try to salvage it. But if they ask the Assassin to tank, it's hopeless so you should just leave them to die, don't even bother rezzing them later cuz they don't deserve rez.

No it doesn't turn your name invisible, all my friends can see my name when I use it, and no I don't mean on my own screen. And I can see my fiances name when she uses it.
