Guess since no reply so far, will say it again: revert it. And will now see what if anything this maintenance/patch brings. You want new players? Revert it. You want excuses, laziness, disregard for player-base? Keep it.

Many reasons stated here already on why this remains a bad unforeseen (hidden) patch update to the US version of the game. Continue to push this to be reverted, and let us know. As stated, the previous nerf remains so getting this one corrected before to long will keep it from becoming "old hat"
