hey Korg i have tested Empowered Vigor on both barbs and clerics... only Benifits i see is the barb... you wanna cast somthing on cleric Diminished Vigor then soulburn FTW the skill does STATE Increases the Targets Healing ability Target is Barb Increases the Healing effect of skills Increases the Effect of healing Potions…
