Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Terms of Service". The addons you are used to in WoW are not something that is normal for games in the free to play market. The games here do not have any legitimate addons that are considered usable or legal according to the ToS.

Personally, I would make them screenshot for proof they really have that much. Otherwise, people on the internet LIE!

From what I recall, when I asked customer service you cannot even spend that amount in a single day. PWE has spending limits so that amount of IRL cash is impossible to spend on one account in one day.
