I tested it 1st in a fight vs a fist BM, he was the target and I user it. Since he's my enemy buff is cast on me, but didn't. Later on I used it in archo. Nothing happened. Stealth+3 spark owns almost any class, untill that's nerfed every LA/AA and even HA can be killed (bramble rage). My fights with them are 50/50 and I fight uncharmed for a long time now. Yea they will and they'll also use MP and HP potions a lot. Speaking for myself of course, I use Wind and The Clouds in PvE. Normal shots on my lvl mobs. Occaisonaly I have to use Cold arrow (66MP).
