I will tell you my own experience and opinion, but I believe every cleric should build up their own genie in way to support their gameplay. Yes it does. You actually have to turn the quest in so even if u take it by mistake you can still trash it without getting divorced.

Tried that too. In end I right clicked on PWI inside ARC and clicked Repair.. I have no idea what it did coz it reopened my old Launcher and ran verify and some kind of update. After I clicked Play I managed to log ingame but it was in full screen and all on max but my ping is smooth and FPS pretty high so idk... I guess…
