Have you done the 60s part of the Tideborn quest? that got me from 66-68 in a few hours. Other than that, I say keep going with bhs. bh51 is pretty easy and quick if you stack them. This worked most of the time if I got lucky on sleep/immobilize: Stealth, sneak up on them, use the sleep attack (Deep Sting i think?), then Spark, bleed, Tackling slash, and regular attack till they die.
