I was having issues with it last night. 500 mirages on my wraithgate cloak and it only got to +2. 6 times in a row I couldn't even get +1. Something has changed. Steadily throughout the years it has changed a little at a time.

Well the flights in the tempest packs were already made before the EG were released. PWE was just really really slow at releasing this pack. But if you look at Ecatomb you will see that EG gets a new kite, and its actually an awesome kite ( mind you im not a fan of them)…

They are being sold by players, or you can get tokens and change them to rep badges. the rep badges arent in the cash shop unless they have the rep sale.
