anni packs werent around last year... thats why. i am really looking forward to an anni mount, but id like a differant aura color, or since we have Mount Dye now, allow us to pick our own aura color(since its a gift from PWE like 5-10 dyes to dye it max)

you have to have 1 lvl 10+ char on that server and it takes a lil while to verify the chars lvl 10 for the system i had a friend that hit lvl 10 and went to do offers and the system wouldnt let him do offers for like 4-5 days after he hit lvl 10 id reccomend just being patient and waiting
