I tried it out already, no help. (Ctrl + F9) As I said before, the graphic even lags on Log In Screen. The bamboo at the background flicks. (Freeze for 1 second, Move Fast next second)

PWI should hire better maintenance teams, at least better time control ones....

Thank you for the reply. I did log in to west Arch, but it should not be lag problem because if I use other char login the same place, I didn't have the same issue. Also, I still see P-***** on the catshop even after 1 hour of my log in. The lag should not take that long, right?
