thats not true. i have a level 30 archer that has killed Xtacy 1 on 1. he was fully buffed and i didnt have a hiero. its all about using the right skills at the right time. kiting when plume shell is up is crucial as well.

crimsonhorn soulsmasher is the best for pve and pve returning squall sucks. chained jail has better stats +dex +str (which you can restat into dex) and a stun. not to mention it doesnt bind so you can resell it at 90. im selling a chained jail if you are interestedb:chuckle
